KIERA SIMPSON

Kiera Simpson - an 18 year old creative open to anything. I'm currently studying graphic design at UAL, specialising in photography. I must admit, I haven't found my feet yet. London is a daunting city with infinite opportunities and if anything this makes me more determined to keep pushing myself as a designer and explore endless potential throughout my work. 

I started photography as a hobby, constantly experimenting. It wasn't until just two years ago that I started taking it seriously. Each shoot took me onto new pathways and I finally found my style. I would say I'm obsessed with the human face and how each expression can totally change the personality of the shoot. My word of advice to anyone wanting to be a known creative is to send your work out into the open industry. Make a platform for yourself and voice our ideas from it, you never know who might just be listening. Doing this I am now at one of the most impacting art schools and a graphic designer for Noctis Magazine. My next steps are uncertain, but as I learn new things through my degree it will become more clear and I will keep doing what I love.
